RSL ACT working to help veterans find meaningful employment

The transition from the Australian Defence Force to the civilian world can be daunting, but discovering what the next chapter holds is made easier with the RSL Employment Program.  

The right role can give you purpose and direction. It can help you grow and develop in a fulfilling career. And it can help you transition into civilian life or settle in after relocating. 

Sometimes it’s tough to know how to explain your skills and qualifications from Defence so that a civilian employer knows where you might fit in their organisation. And, as a partner, it can be hard finding a career that fits into your lifestyle during and after Defence. 

Available nationally, and delivered in partnership by RSL ACT and RSL Queensland, the RSL Employment Program is free and tailor-made to support ex-serving Defence members and partners of current and ex-serving Defence members in their search for meaningful employment.
