Whether you're preparing to transition or have been out of uniform for some time, the RSL Employment Program is here to support your move into civilian employment. The free, tailored service is designed specifically for ex-serving Defence members and is available online or over the phone, wherever you are.
You’ll be matched with an Employment Consultant who will work with you to identify the support you may need, such as:
Translating military skills and experience for the civilian job market
Help writing CVs, cover letters and social media profiles, and interpreting selection criteria
