We resolve disputes impartially and can receive reports of abuse confidentially.

Contact us after Defence has tried to resolve your complaint, except for reports of abuse. If you feel unable to report abuse to Defence, come to us directly.

We do not look into complaints about individual honours, award or discipline matters.

Always try and talk to your supervisor and use your Redress of Grievance processes first (unless you are reporting abuse directly).
